Maddi Lane

Meet Maddi.

Maddi began her journey performing in 2011 when she was fourteen in Cleveland, TN. There she performed with her team mates on ESPN in the Fall of 2011. She was apart of the Cleveland High School Dance team until she was seventeen, when she started her first semester of formal training in styles such as Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, as well as Tap and Acrobatics. ¬†She received numerous first overalls and titles as a competitive dancer as well as numerous scholarships from conventions, like receiving a scholarship to train at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. Maddi also has taken part in numerous local, collaborative projects as well as performing tap dancing, acrobatics, and starring as one of the weekly cabaret performers at Chattanooga’s first speak easy, “London Calling.” Aside from training and performing, Maddi has taught (and is currently teaching) from ages 3-Adult in East Tennessee and Georgia.

Maddi teaches Contemporary Fusion and Jazz Funk.

Contemporary Fusion: a meld of jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary dance inspired by what is currently being marketed in the commercial world of contemporary movement.
