1 Trainer 1 client 1/2 hour & 1 hour sessions with preferred trainer; specializing in Weight Loss, Stabilization Endurance, Strength Endurance, Hypertrophy, Maximal Strength, Power, & Conditioning

1 hour Yin-Yang Sessions where Lance and Sarah complement one another to bring you a balanced workout. Lance brings strength endurance while Sarah’s deep-tissue stretch and conditioning make for a perfect blend. These sessions are meant to bring every element of a workout together in harmony.
